• Manage the daily activities of the turbine and/or mechanical installation on a large scale wind project. • Mechanical Completion of Wind Turbine Generators. • Supervision of Subcontractors and their duties. • Supervision and Direction of Wind Turbine Erection. • Lift plan approval for all crane activity. • Creating and Managing work instructions and risk assessments. • Managing the creating of Turbine QA/QC Job Books • Assist in all Circuit Walkdowns to ensure Turbines were ready for energization. • Leads Morning Toolbox meetings to discuss job hazards and heighten safety awareness within his team. • Oversee and supervise on-site construction and installation of all civil works relating mainly to foundations and road installation/maintenance. • Supervise and monitor civil subcontractors in order to meet technical, quality and compliance requirements as set forth in civil drawings, specifications and schedule. • Performed QC Inspections on compaction, density, depth, placement to ensure they met the requirements laid out in project drawings. • Oversee foundation pours, ensure that air and slump meet drawing specifications.
