Mr. Fisher has worked on the planning and development of several projects within four organizations of the USMS: the National Sex Offender Tracking Center (NSOTC), the Financial Services Division (FSD), the Human Resources Division (HRD), and the Judicial Security Division (JSD). With NSOTC, he planned, developed, and implemented a new SharePoint 2010 based Targeting System to help manage cases and case requests. With FSD, he performed test cases and use cases on custom reports created in the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform. For HRD, Mr. Fisher was integral in the project planning and coordination of a new M-Wise module to replace the existing USMS system for hiring U.S. Marshals. Mr. Fisher planned, developed, implemented, and migrated over 100GB of data into a new SharePoint 2010 data management system to replace an outdated OpenText Hummingbird system for JSD. All this work included the development of client deliverables, coordination with users and developers, workflow development, dashboards, automated and autopopulated forms and reports, photo integration, and uniquely identifiable and searchable entries. QuickStart is an add-on tool for Microsoft Project, designed to evaluate projects and produce administrative scorecards.
