Today's economic and development environment is as busy as ever, and it's hard to find enough talent to meet the need. Environmental and entitlement issues require experience. At DCT, I was able to leverage talent among a small regional team (7) in a way that allowed us to grow our Development pipeline significantly (moving from 2 active development projects in the summer of 2015 to 15 active projects from Miami to New Jersey), while continuing to serve existing property cap-ex needs.
