  In 2008 I was employed to design and lead a new level 3 Dance program in partnership with local provider Dance City. I remained in that Curriculum Leader post till I emigrated and was instrumental in the planning, implementation and development of the program throughout. Providing an outstanding student experience was my primary aim and this was dependent on strong working relationships and effective communications between students, staff and the wider college community being developed, shared and maintained. Successfully managing the student experience from enrolment to completion has been dependent on my ability to prioritize, to self-manage, to use my initiative and work effectively as part of a team. I have needed to multi task and work proficiently and flexibly in order to appropriately fulfill individual, course and college wide aims and objectives. In a highly pressured working environment I was able to manage my time effectively to ensure academic deadlines were met and professional standards were adhered to and maintained.
