Jayne and I worked together on the global marketing team at SumTotal. When I joined the team, Jayne was a welcoming colleague, always offering a helping hand to me during the onboarding process. Part of my role was crafting customer stories and I collaborated with and learned from Jayne’s experience doing so for the global brand before I joined. As the leader of our global communications and social media function, Jayne often had to shift her priorities based on the needs of the business. She always impressed me as someone who took the initiative and delicately balanced the need to manage key stakeholders when presented with these obstacles. I am grateful I had the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with Jayne during my time at SumTotal.
