As the HR Coordinator within Baulderstone's Victorian business, my responsibilities include: - preparing offers of employment, remuneration and promotion letters, - providing advice on HR issues to Management, - analysing training and development needs for employees, - preparing and facilitating workshops and internal training sessions (induction sessions, employee conduct guide, performance & development planning, etc.), - coordination of the performance review process including the timing of the process and collation of related documents (on a bi-annual basis), - processing specialised leave requests (parental, long service and leave without pay), - preparation of reports for senior management, - communication to Victorian staff (including upcoming training sessions and staff announcements) via emails, newsletters and staff notice boards, - assisting managers with the recruitment and selection process, - coordinating the annual graduate recruitment program, including the organisation of the annual university career fairs, - maintaining complete and accurate personnel records, - maintaining database of completed staff training, and - providing HR advice to staff on personnel policies and procedures.
