This combination allows us to adapt quickly to market conditions and our customers' and candidates' requirements. I joined Interaction Recruitment in 2009 as a Sector Manager and have since progressed to Divisional Manager. My role is to maintain, manage and develop our Construction Division nationally, whilst also managing and expanding our Commercial and Industrial Divisions in our Cambridge branch. Our aim as a business is to deliver a professional and experienced service to both our clients and candidates and ensure that we are the first port of call when they are recruiting for staff/searching for a job. As well as retaining the excellent staff we have here at Interaction we are always looking to attract new Consultants; Either as Trainees who we can train and develop or experienced recruiters who can bring their expertise with them, regardless of the sector they currently work in. We are looking for great entrepreneurs, that we can invest in and support. We are firm believers in organic growth and empowering our staff.
