Original post title 'Apprenticeship and Contracts Officer', following a restructure in May 2020 my job title changed but is basically the same job description with a bit extra work added. This role followed previous roles within the same organisation due to department restructures Working as part of the MIS team, much of this role is the same as my previous role at City College but with a few more additional duties and more emphasis on ILR data and compliance for apprenticeships and sub contractors. My responsibilities in this role include: Using Pro-solution for recording all apprenticeship data from start of programme to completion and achievement, also including withdrawals and breaks in learning when required. Setting up of apprenticeship files for learners and employers, ensuring all documentation and evidence is in place for levy/non-levy and compliant to meet funding rules. Tracking and chasing completion evidence and recording achievement data to meet ILR deadlines. Providing apprenticeship data and information to the work based learning team. Claiming apprenticeship framework certificates. Checking ILR compliance and data for apprenticeships and sub contractors Preparing tracking data for sub-contractors including data for invoicing and ILR information. And again within this role I am able to use all my previous admin and apprenticeship experience and having now worked at the college for 16 years I have built up my knowledge base in education and apprenticeship frameworks but more recently new Standards and Levy/Non Levy including EPA data and been able to apply this to my job roles. I provide support at open evenings and enrolment and am confident in giving advice on apprenticeship programmes and the processes and components involved. Show less
