I had the pleasure of working with Jayna at Push10 as a designer. While there, we worked with an array of clients with a variety of personalities, preferences, and knowledge of the design process. I was constantly impressed by Jayna’s ability to command a room and get people on board with ideas—even clients who were initially on completely different pages than us. I also highly valued her ability to balance the clients needs and my needs as a designer. She would make the effort to consider my time and creative vision while doing her best to provide the client with the best solution possible. To my bewilderment, she managed to do all of this while keeping her projects on track and in scope. Her clients loved working with her and would often comment on her well crafted emails and positive attitude. Within the team itself she was an effective translator between different disciplines. She acted as a bridge for designers and developers to come together and collaborate and gave that collaboration a voice when presenting to clients. Along with her complete competency of her craft, her sense of humor and her forward thinking made a dramatic difference in the productivity level of myself and our team. Jayna is a talented project manager who is a valuable asset to any team.
