Jaymes Charleston was one of our lead developers for the Angel Hack Atlanta competition from May 11th 2013 until May 12th of 2013, on behalf of the Southern Polytechnic State University Mobile Applications Club (MAC) Team. Jaymes displayed exemplary qualities that were expressed through his work with the Movie Mate Application (built initially for the Angel Hack Competition). During the competition Jaymes was very easy to collaborate with, and had the ability to quickly learn new tactics involved in mobile development. Beyond the programming language skills he brought with him, he expanded his programming ability into other languages and platforms such as XML and Android (in the Windows and Mac environments). As a result, he has strengthened his ability in application development on large-scale projects. Jaymes's knowledge and friendly mannerism has been an asset to the MAC Team, and has marked him as a great representative of Southern Polytechnic State University. If there are any further inquiries about Jaymes Charleston, and his work with our MAC Team, please feel free to contact the CSE Department and we will be pleased to assist you. In order to become a Certified SolidWorks Associate, SolidWorks offers a timed proficiency exam that test your ability to create mechanical designs and technical drawings. The exam also test your competency of the SolidWorks software. My 100% came from my teaching and overall interest in SolidWorks. I also have been exposed and become confident in my competence with FEA and CFD analysis. I enjoy using this software and hope to continue to use it in future professions. I aided peer students with programming assignments and projects. I helped with comprehension of subject matter covered in related courses. The primary course I did most tutoring was in "Programming for Engineers" in which the language was C/C++. I also helped peer students working with low level Java.

I used SolidWorks to create technical models and drawings for part production. I also made modifications to existing projects for future production. During my limited time at Regional-Supply, I was able to see a project from start to finish. It brought what I learned in the class room to life. I was able to create a part see it being made, and shipped out of the door. Even in a fast paced environment, I had fun, and enjoyed the work i was able to do.
