Manage the sales process from identification of lead to full payment for delivered goods & services Take full ownership of leads assigned by RSM. Work closely with developer and fabricator to understand their needs and purchasing decision criteria. Work closely with Cladding Solutions Specialist (CSS) on specification-setting activities with architects and consultants to lock-in specifications and avoid fabricator substitution by alternative ACM suppliers. Follow up, negotiate and close sales. Co-ordinate with fabricator on colors, sizes, quantities, delivery and payment schedule.
