I worked with Jaylynne in the Black History Month team at WSET (where I was the SLT representative in 2022-23). Jaylynne's contribution (creative, leading/influencing and seemingly inexhaustible ability to make things happen) was inspiring, especially given the very short lead time for the first events. Jaylynne drew persuasively on her network of industry contacts, and exercised effective influencing skills within WSET to bring about a series of events that were well-attended and highly impactful. I learned a lot from this collaboration, for which I am grateful.

Jaylynne is a dedicated and proactive professional who consistently expresses these qualities both in her work and her relationships with team members and colleagues. Possessing an existent refined skill set, Jay is also the first to volunteer to pick up new tasks and opportunities to further develop her knowledge and ability. Calm and collected under pressure, Jay is a reliable and thoughtful person whose intelligent thinking and sound instincts make her an exceptional problem solver. Beyond this, Jay is highly personable, a great communicator and brings fantastic energy to any team she is a part of. Working with Jaylynne is a pleasure and I would always have her on my team.
