   Supervise and coordinate internal fleet of 7 drivers and tractors/trailers that are end dump, flatbed and roll off trailers. Trucks are combination of owned and leased. Work with the leasing agents at Mack and Kenworth to monitor those trucks. Maintain maintenance schedule for the fleet. Responsible for following all DOT compliance requirements.  Dispatch roll off drivers to customers daily. Ensure end dump drivers are loaded and dispatched to their receiver each day. Prepare shopping documents for all loads that are picked up at the yard via internal or external carriers. Responsible for finding external carriers for some loads.  Manage and maintain driver Logs to keep drivers in compliance with their hours of service. Provide customer service and problem solving with roll off customer accounts, making sure our boxes are taking care of their business needs.  Track and maintain locations of all metal recycling containers in the northwest Louisiana area.  Comply with all DOT regulations, filing of IFTA, UCR fees, DOT number compliance and IRP Registration. Hours of Service monitored and reported via Elogs.
