I am the lead pre-school teacher at Madison Elementary in Norman, Oklahoma. I teach a total of 20 students in Madison's first full day pre-k program. I use hands-on, developmentally appropriate materials and learning stations to engage students in fundamental math, literacy, science and social/emotional activities. Students in my classroom are moving, talking and sharing ideas with one another. I believe students learn best through play and exploration.
