Jaye is very organised and helps with the day to day running of appointments at solar plants, She has great management skills and has helped me improve in all aspects of my role in the quality control and diary department, It has been a pleasure to work with Jaye and i look forward to continuing to work with her in expanding our department.

My role of Quality Control & Diary Manger consists of me firstly quality checking potential customers, with Solar Installs that involves a brief desktop survey of the property I.E surveying roof space/ground space to ensure customers are eligible to have Solar Installed. I analyse the quality of the lead & assign each customer to an advisor for a free visit. With a team of 14 advisors based throughout the UK I plan each of their days, ensuring that it is feasible to make every appointment possible. Within my department I have a small team of which i am responsible for. I monitor their performance weekly & monthly, with call listening sessions & appraisals to ensure all personal & team goals are met. As part of this I attended weekly & monthly meetings & training. Having worked my way up From a Telesales position to Team Leader within a year of working with Solar Plants, I was not only responsible for my personal targets but also those of 6 other employees. I had to monitor their performance weekly & monthly but train them regularly to make sure they could achieve their weekly/monthly targets. I would also attend weekly Team Leader meetings to discuss results and performance ensuring I could give my team the best chance of success. I would call potential customers & offer them a grant to replace their old boilers. I would make sure they would qualify for a new boiler E.G making sure their existing boiler was over a certain age & they had the qualifying components E.G Were on a certain benefit/ over a certain age. We would then arrange for an assessor to visit them & discuss the upgrade in more detail & give them the benefits & rewards. I would call potential customers & offer them a grant for loft & cavity wall insulation. With each customer we would check they qualified for the grant, and offer them the opportunity for an advisor to pop around free of charge to give them more information on the product & the benefits & rewards of having such products.
