I am the liaison between the Lied Center for Real Estate professionals, commercial real estate executives, and student members of the society. Scheduling organization events, planning accordingly for guests' accommodations, reviewing membership applications, approving membership applications, and securing membership benefits are all responsibilities I hold as President.

As Philanthropy Chairman, I have organized chapter events such as "Phind a Phi" a chapter-themed scavenger hunt, "Nevada Beta Silent Auction Reception" a silent/live auction event where a percentage of the proceeds go to the Live Like Lou Foundation, and the "Nevada Beta Walk Against ALS" where fundraising teams compete to raise the most funds as they undertake a course of 5,600 steps for the 5,600 people who are diagnosed annually.

As Treasurer, I served as a financial intermediary between Phi Delta Theta General Headquarters and local Emerging Chapter Phikeia (Members) of the Nevada Beta Chapter. Under my administration, the Nevada Beta Chapter's Financial Committee earned a reputation for paying debts in full, substantially advanced of their corresponding due dates. In addition, I was tasked with allocating appropriate funding to respective Chapter departments such as Philanthropy, Recruitment, and Brotherhood. In the re-founding of the Nevada Beta Chapter, I am considered the Inaugural holder of the Office of Treasurer. And take immense pride in the foundation my administration built for Treasurers of this great Chapter yet to come.
