Customer Service Representative
-
Aug 2021 - Present
- I communicate with customers by answering questions or complaints they may have about the company and the clothing we offer. This is done with a positive attitude and complete consideration of the customer. I work virtually with a team of other customer service representatives, giving us each a solid support system. When the inbox is empty, I read and respond to questions and or reviews we receive about specific clothing items.

Research Assistant
-
Sep 2022 - Present
- In this position, I am a research assistant for the Affective and Cognitive Influences on Decisions (ACID) Lab. This Lab is under the Experimental Psychology department of Washington State University. Every other week, a group meeting is held to discuss the experiences we have had during the experiments. We learn new skills to help us in the lab and strengthen our research abilities. I have five timeslots each week that are offered for participants to sign up for, each one an hour and thirty minutes in length. I begin by introducing myself and giving them the informed consent sheet to read through and sign. I then administer two different computerized activities for the participants to complete, instructing them to read the instructions carefully and to try their best. After these are done, they complete a demographics survey and I then offer them the debriefing form. Show less

Hostess & Busser
-
Apr 2019 - Jul 2019
- Busser: I came in prior to opening time to prepare the restaurant by ensuring a stocked inventory, rolling up silverware and napkins, effectively wiping down all tables and chairs, and lighting the candles placed on each table. I quickly cleared tables, wiped them down, and reset them after customers left to prepare the table for the next group. - Hostess: I took calls during open hours to answer questions and organize reservation times. I greeted customers at the door with a welcoming smile and sat them at their desired location, inside or outside on the patio, if available. I offered them cold water and menus while informing them that their server would be with them shortly. Show less

- Kept the children content while offering fun and exciting activities to participate in. I let them assist me in making dinner for us to build trust and incorporate quality time into the experience. One child had a vision disability which presented me with the opportunity to grow as a caregiver. Everything was adjusted to fit his needs so both boys were able to enjoy each activity. - Kept the children content while offering fun and exciting activities to participate in.
