  I was assigned on carrying out a smooth Last-Mile operation, playing by the company SOP's in order achieve the KPI's of the company and give the best customer experience to the company's customers. Tasks that I had to go through in a daily basis are listed below; *Inbounding total package volume to the Hub through LOP System. *Handling the allocation, dispatch, monitoring and returned parcels check-in process of the courier team. *Handling the return process of delivery failed parcels. *Handling the cash received through deliveries of the courier team. *Preparation of weekly/monthly reports of courier team's performance in order to improve efficiency and achieve company KPI's. *Strictly following on 6S Lean Management in order to enhance overall hub's performance and to build a work friendly atmosphere.
