  Generally proteins undergo several post translational modification based on various diseased conditions. These modifications could bring a change in protein structure and functions, which could lead to pathophysiological impact on the body. My Research is to decode the mechanistic and molecular insights of these Post translationally modified proteins in the pathophysiological effect by using the molecular dynamics simulations approach.
