Jayanth & myself worked on the same team at Synopsys as CAE for PrimeTime/PrimeTime-SI/PrimeTime-ECO. Jayant is a bundle of knowledge and is a great engineer to work with. He was one of the guys that I would go to when needed help. As a PrimeTime CAE, I’ve personally seen him do customer trainings, benchmarks, engagements, work with R&D and marketing teams to provide solutions to the customer in time. Jayant Joglekar is a superb engineer and a quality individual. Having worked within the Synopsys PrimeTime CAE organization for ten years with Jayant, he showed an impressive technical background. In addition he has the ability to communicate effectively with individuals throughout the various organizations and the PrimeTime product team. Jayant provided direct support to many large STA customers, who are extremely demanding. In this role, Jayant tracked the customer issues, interfaced with both Marketing and R&D, and provided short-term solutions along with long-term timelines for permanent fixes in the code.
