When I began at Eidos in 2000, Jayana trained me on the various work duties of the position of Sales Operations Account Manager. Within about a year, Jayana had become the Director of Sales Operations and I reported directly to her for about the next 6 years. Jayana is extremely bright, efficient, intelligent, and just as importantly, a very warm and thoughtful person. She is always a joy to be around. I learned a LOT from her, and in the months and years following her departure from Eidos, all the knowledge that I had gained served me very well in maintaining my position with the company during a lot of changes and turnover. I strongly believe any employer would be very fortunate to have Jayana on board.
