  Meet the client and discuss about the job and getting program and task order for the job. Visit the site, prepare P&ID and get approval from Production Engineer. Preparing Job Risk Assessment and get approval from client representatives and TSM. Arrange the Field Services to clear the access road and leveling the location for spotting the equipment and fix the required connection for the operation and the flair line. Place the site direction signs all the way from the main security gate. Take Permit to Work (PTW) every day before start moving to location. Arrange transportation, Mobilize Testing Separator package and commence rig up. Place BA sets, Escape masks, Fire extinguishers and ESD systems. Conduct internal audit, call client for witness pressure test, audit and acceptance of the package. Perform the job, flush all the lines and equipment’s after finish the test. Prepare onsite reports for client in location and Final report to office and client. Operation and maintenance of 2 Phase and 3 Phase Separators (1440 Psi & 2160 Psi) Operation and maintenance of H2S Sweetening Unit, Acid Neutralization Unit. Operation and maintenance of Power Choke, ESD Panel, Pressure test pump, compressor, Calibrate Chart recorder by Manometer and flow meter calibration. Connecting data acquisition system and check the functions. Take meter factor and shrinkage factor for each well. Operate Green burner and Flair stack. Ignition system and pilot gas system. Christmas tree operations, both hydraulic operated valves and manual valves. DHSV, Lover and Upper Master Valve, Wing Valve and SSV. Routine service of all equipment’s and greasing the valves to control the unwanted passing. Safe rig up and rig down activities. Use proper PPE all the time in work site. Be safe of acid gases and follow the emergency procedures. Report all abnormalities and failure to higher authority and take corrective measures.
