  ● Take a lead to kick off the new project on line and come up with improvement suggestion to promote the quality level. ● Chair a meeting to review quality issues (external/internal) with cross-functional team. Follow up on quality issue (customer’s request, define root cause, corrective actions and effectives). Provide CAR (8D) to fix these problems. ● Collect and sort quality data from each department, and then do statistically analysis by Quality tools (Pareto analysis, SPC chart, CPK analysis, Process Control Plan) ● Investigate and monitor customer complaint issues with product quality, push internal team to do continual improvement. ● Perform regular audit on process to find non-conformances and get them corrected in time. ●Review product process flow map, workmanship documents, WI for the compliance of updated product requirements. ● Perform customer quality audit and ensure approval. Prepare monthly quality report for each customer, attend customer’s quality meeting if needed. ● Perform quality system audits of internal or outside, such as UL, TUV, CE, etc. Provide guidance on corrective actions.
