I have had the pleasure of working with Jay most recently in his CPESN marketing director role. His depth of industry experience is a strong asset. His pharmacy background and passion for marketing consistently result in valuable collaborative discussion opportunities. Jay is always responsive to requests, generous with his time devoted to collaboration, and thoughtful about proposed solutions. Looking forward to continued opportunities to work together and positively impact the future of pharmacy.

I’ve had the privilege of working with Jay at CPESN, where he spearheads the organization’s communications activities. Although Jay brings decades of marketing expertise, he always approaches his role with humility, treats his teammates as equals, and makes me feel like my contributions are valued, even as a student. Jay is an extremely effective manager, affording me the autonomy and creative license to take ownership of various marketing projects while always being a text away to offer guidance. He insists that he’s a coach—not a boss—which speaks precisely to his leadership style. Jay has repeatedly advocated for me as a young professional and leveraged his extensive network to help me achieve my career goals. I am grateful for the opportunity to call Jay a colleague, mentor, and friend!
