Jay is very detail oriented. He is self motivated and very innovative. He started and managed the revolving loan fund for small businesses, performed financial/credit analysis on small business loan applicants and helped some of the smaller cities prepare their budgets and property tax rates. Most importantly, Jay is a good, honest, hardworking person who I would recommend to any organization.
