Responsible for all maintenance and repairs of the building and four acres of grounds and gardens, developing and maintaining vendor relationships and managing special projects related to any extensive work while maintaining the Four Diamond and AAA status of the property. Provide timely repair services and develop preventative maintenance programs while staying within departmental budget guidelines. Oversee all required inspections to insure that the property remains in compliance with both city and state regulations and that any necessary repairs are completed in a timely fashion with regards to building codes, fire safety and elevator operations and communicating any issues related to the property to management.
