Identifying and nurturing clients by giving about 60-70 club tours and membership presentations weekly, resulting in about 10-12 qualified leads per day. Actively pursuing new members through self-generated and company-sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals, this includes setting up about 25-30 qualified leads per week, while obtaining roughly 35-45 leads for existing members. Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule every quarter. Planning itineraries, creating and executing curriculum for some zestiful summer camp activities for over 250 kids Recruiting over 200 kids from the Juniata section of Philadelphia to Piccoli's summer sports and athletics program, I successfully recruited about 65 athletes from that camp to enroll and play football for Frankford High-school. 11 out of those 65 are currently college freshmans and sophomores, 10 were starters at their respective positions in a disappointing loss in the 2021 city title game, and the rest will be returning for their junior and senior seasons and graduation. Developed a partnership with the School district of Philadelphia’s Department of Transportation for assistance in safe travels to and from all 7 scheduled events for Piccoli's campers during the summer months. Organized Opening day orientation for the summer staff, educating them about the city’s rules and regulations for the aquatics department and what is expected of them; resulting in six summers without any incidents at our location, we also passed inspections all six summers as assistance rec supervisor.
