When I see Jay Carl, I see a cream of the crop, natural born leader who knows exactly what he wants. He exudes a charisma like no other; when he talks, people listen. Jay Carl has demonstrated to me that he can accomplish whatever he sets his mind to. He is an engineer, a leader, but more than ever, he’s also a teacher. He inspires me to go to greater lengths. I admire Jay Carl for his tenacity for innovation. I have to admit that whenever Jay Carl talks business, it is often an idea that is not only thought provoking, but has immense potential for spinning into a highly profitable business. I have deep respect for Jay Carl and I have no doubt in my mind that he will succeed in anything he puts his mind to.
