I have been collaborating with Jay to create and implement a digital online solution for multiple historically traditional print projects. Jay has brought an approachable and engaging personality to the collaboration. He continues to strive to understand each groups use for the material so that he can identify solutions that will make things simpler and more efficient for each user of the product as well as reduce the overall costs. Jay looks for short term benefit and long term simplicity for the evolution that will undoubtedly occur. He communicates to the business partner using their language and translates to his technical team with clarity. We have implemented our initial project successfully and have launched the identification of our next solution, I have no doubt that this one will be just as successful!
