  Responsible for all things construction and development related for hospitality, multi-family, office conversions and other unique opportunistic real estate projects. I really enjoy taking a project from site acquisition, through design development, entitlement, and construction. Even though COIVD has added another level of complexity while working with various cities we always figure out a way to get it done. Seems like all of our projects have podium decks and unique parking challenges along with ever increasing bureaucracy to keep things interesting.   PM for Allgire General Contractors. We build affordable and market rate apartments in San Diego County. The quality of our work is second to none thanks to our relationships with some incredible sub-contractors! Concrete Podium Deck and wood framed construction is our specialty. Completed 80 Unit $19MM market rate complex consisting of 3 buildings with concrete podium deck construction and 2 levels of wood frame above, pool and pool house, 4 bio-basins with 8 chamber retention vault on a 2.5 acre site after the demolition of an old restaurant. Completed full ground up renovation of 124 unit apartment complex in Solana Beach. Kept the foundation and some of the framing, everything else was brand new. The project turned out amazing. The leasing staff had it fully leased in 4 months. I guess it helps to be less than a mile from the beach. Completed a 5 over 1, Type IIIA, concrete podium deck, 28 luxury unit complex designed for an AirBnB client in downtown San Diego. It's on a tight lot and my neighbor building is 7" away. This one was very challenging and a lot of fun! The fireproofing details are incredible for this type of construction and oh so important. The view from the roof top deck is worth the rental for sure! The level of detail for the exterior facade with 4 different material types has been intense. What a great project. Show less
