I went to see Jay when I found my mobility limited through back and hip pain. Jay took a thorough medical history and assessed my pain and mobility taking great care to not overdo any manipulation that might aggravate the pain. In 2 sessions he had not only resolved my mobility and removed the pain but provided me with a care plan and proposal for a longer term programme to eradicate the cause. I have already recommended Jay to others and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him in the future.
