  Recruited to design and perform a complete Microsoft Exchange 2007 to Microsoft Exchange 2010 transition. PGE assigned me to the Server Vintage project after the Exchange transition project was complete. Microsoft Exchange Architect Design, build, and transition PGE’s Exchange servers from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2010. Responsibilities and Accomplishments: • Designed and implemented a complete Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2010 transition for 4,000 PGE mailboxes. The project included all design, planning, and migration documentation. The design documentation was presented to Microsoft and was confirmed be proper • Built twenty four Microsoft Exchange 2010 servers provide high availability across two locations. • Executed the cutover from the Exchange 2007 servers to the Exchange 2010 servers over the weekend. The transition was seamless and transparent. Systems Engineer - Server Vintage Requested to decommission more than seven hundred Windows 2003 and 2008 servers. The project was a high priority for PGE as well as being highly visible. The project was nominated for PGE Large Project of the Year twice. Responsibilities and Accomplishments: • Complete a comprehensive review existing production Windows 2003/2008 servers slated for decommissioning including identifying existing server configuration, security, and communication activity.
