  Managed a small research team and the running of the office, admin and monthly invoicing. Collected volunteers from the airport and saw to their induction, field and safety training, park protocols, outfitting/uniforms and various types of elephant data and behavioural training. Oversaw the running of the volunteer program which included daily scheduling of tasks and data retrieval. Attended to monthly written reports to Director of AERU and Park Management with regard too volunteer statistics, budget, student/intern activities, eco-projects, new ideas for fund raising for NPO as well as any irregularities or noteworthy incidents within the various herds of elephants (daily and monthly).
