I've known Jay for over thirty years. We went to college together, worked together and were in some of the same National working groups. He is one of the smartest, most gifted, dedicated and naturally talented leaders I know. He cares deeply about whomever he is working with and brings learned insights not only from his education and training, but from his wide experience base. It's been an honor and a blessing to know Jay for this many years, and even though I've known him for this many years I'm in constant awe of who he is and what he continues to accomplish. To work with Jay is to truly learn from a Master. I highly recommend Jay.

Geri Holmes, PhD (cand.)

Pastor Jay is a committed leader who is open, real and committed to relationships. He empowers others, a team player and yet a directive, thoughtful and visionary leader.
