  As the Title suggests I was a senior business consultant working to help small to medium sized ($1M to $50M in revenue), About a third of the clients were those closing in on Bankruptcy (or worse) while the balance were pretty good companies seeking to go to the next level but did not know how to move forward. At ISI we had a host of seasoned professionals with flush resumes who we "lent out" to one or more of our sister companies to bring the right skills to every assignment.
