Looking after 15 First call operatives out of three depots. Reading, Aldershot and Oxford, my duties would include, monthly vehicle, working in progress and post complete audits on each engineer every month, any complaints, making sure operatives ppe is all in working order and good condition, the ordering ppe, process all timesheets on a weekly basis in all three areas, dial in too daily con calls to discuss previous days workload ie jobs issued and complete to each operative. Attend fortnightly depot manager meetings to discuss health and safety, issues etc across the area.
