Jay was a Graphic Designer during my time as a Traffic Manager at IQ for almost 2 years. Jay's work ethic and versatile skill set was a dream for a Traffic Manager. She knows how and when to raise red flags, identify issues, and create solutions. These are traits that most people only find in their most senior of co-workers. As a designer, Jay approaches her projects with enthusiasm, whether its creating a new organization flow for production files or concepting a new packaging design. Any team could benefit from having Jay on their team, and would love to work with her again.

During my almost three years working with Jay at IQ, she has been a go-to problem solver who punched years above her experience in creative thinking. She picks up new skills with ease and is always looking for ways to make the work better. Designing, concepting, social, and quick video editing—she can do it all. She takes feedback with ease and finds unique solutions to problems without needing much direction. If I were to start my own agency, I’d definitely want Jay to be part of my team.
