Jay often showed up to work early, did more work than his job required, and often left late. He was dependable and trustworthy, managed his time well, and was very pleasant to work with. He is very competent in healthcare contract automation and analysis. Jay thoroughly understands simple and complex payor contract methodologies and worked directly with Costflex's end-users on both troubleshooting and training. I would definitely recommend Jay for employment in the Healthcare Information industry, specifically, but not limited to Contract Management and Analysis.

This report would identify any underpayment trends to the customer in order to allow them to perhaps renegotiate new rates and terms in the future. I typically would present this report via power point and excel either onsite in their board room with their C Level or via WebEx.
