(THCG), as COO/CFO. I reported to the HPPC BOD for six years until the THCG acquired the Pegasus Equity Partners investment in the business. Our team developed the most successful natural poultry company in the country, leading with our Plainville Farms Turkey and our FreeBird Chicken brands. After the acquisiton, I continued to manage the business for THCG and we generated strong growth for thr company and strong brand recognition in the poultry industry.

Over the course of the seven years in this position, the team acquired and developed numerous businesses focused in the natural and organic market place. Imagine SoyMilk, Plainville Farms Turkey,and FreeBird Chicken to name a few of these businesses. I supported CFO with all the SEC reporting requirements of this public company and was responsible for the SOX compliance function. After seven years in this position, I was asked to lead the Hain Pure Protein Division as the COO/CFO. This was a joint venture between Pegasus Equity Partners and The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. After 6 years of growth and success, The Hain Celestial Group Inc. acquired the Pegasus Partners investment. This was a major acquisition for the company and a reflection of the success of our Hain Pure Protein leadership team.
