Jay is a hard-working school leader who has outstanding interpersonal skills. Always honest and supportive with excellent mentoring/coaching skills. Whilst working for him he successfully lead the school through changes in behaviour policy and supported me as HoD as well as being the safeguarding lead. He was always available to discuss issues and had an open door policy. It was a pleasure to work with him!
