  Data analysis/risk analysis to mitigate potential property or human loss. Using ArcGis mapping and field data collected by field technicians in their CCTV inspections as well as Municipal and Puget Sound Energy documentation providing detailed and accurate notes to office Data Analysts of what was found in the field and also recommendations for what next steps might be taken to complete inspections or clear associated risks. Provide recommendations to Puget Sound Energy through written documentation and/or directives to eliminate risks. As the designated division trainer, I developed the new company wide Proximity Team training Matrices for a six week training cycle for the Proximity Team as well as continued training with field technicians to find new and innovative ways to provide the best and most accurate GPS mapping possible for future deliverables, to include developing PowerPoint presentations and giving formal classes on Survey and Mapping with GPS. Work with remote manager to train East Coast Proximity Teams. File organization for data files used in the field to include writing up weekly Excavation requests to be sent to the contractor responsible for all Excavations within the project. Daily file transfers to the FTP for both GPS mapping data and also for continued updates to mapping. Running daily queries for information from Puget Sound Energy database as well as municipalities. Geographical planning to allocate resources for maximum territory utilization of team members. Customer liaison responsible for educating and procedural explanations to potentially impacted consumers.

  i was responsible for the day to day activities of a field survey crew. Primary duties included dealing with construction contractors to assure that the layout for roads buildings and structures was completed on time and under budget within the tolerances allowed for the job. Additionally i was responsible for transfer of the data that i had collected back to the home office for post processing and mapping. At times certain projects required that I work alone and complete the layouts per plan and schedule. Other duties included training of subordinates, making sure that equipment and procedures were used properly so as to avoid unnecessary errors or costly mistakes. As a direct representative of the company in the field i was there to attend construction meetings whenever necessary as well as checking and finding errors in the plans so that these mistakes could be corrected before construction began. Data collection and all accompanying field notes and documentation were kept by me in field files or on computers that were used for this purpose
