The new building will be an 83,000 square foot museum dedicated to established and emerging African American artists. The lead architect is Adjaye Associates assisted by Cooper Robertson. The forecast completion date is 2022. Project Executive for Trinity Wall Street Pre-Construction. Reported to Vice President and President for all pre-construction services including budgeting, scheduling, logistics planning, mockups, and subcontractor selection. Trinity Wall Street is currently in the middle of a large restoration of the church and surrounding grounds with an anticipated completion in 2020. Show less

Provided extensive 18 month pre-construction services to identify long-lead items, design assist packages, and value engineering opportunities. Currently administering the construction phase including all finances, schedules, buyouts, coordination, and contracts. Expected completion is late 2015.Senior Project Manager for Vagelos Center at Columbia Medical Center. Assisted team with procurement of GFRC panels and connections to main building.
