Jay was and is an inspiration to his volunteers and staff. He worked hard to create a solid economic development strategy and then raised the funding and support to implement the plan. His "Tell the World" campaign got Mobile into the International development game and has paid many dividends to the community since and was a model for other communities. Jay is a true professional and seeks creative and out-of-the box solutions to difficult situations. He manages well and is focused on project outcomes for his clients, his community, and his organization. He is a pleasure to work with.
