- Implemented a training regimen qualifying 10 catapult and arresting gear officers, contributing to the safe launch and recovery of over 17,000 flights, including 1,500 combat missions in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM - Created a Zone Inspection Management System which allowed personnel to view and update outstanding discrepancies for assigned spaces, contributing to Air Department correcting over 300 damage control deficiencies, and leading to the department achieving the highest scores ever earned by an aircraft carrier during their material inspection by the Board of Inspection and Survey - Developed software for ship-wide liberty accounting system, providing increased security and improved accuracy of directed reports Show less
