Jay has always provided high standards in communication, delivery and perseverance in ensuring that the project is managed well in often tight deadlines. His ability to co ordinate multiple tasks and delivery them to a high standard is often critical in the event industry. Jay has displayed a high degree of commitment to ensuring that often perceived unachievable targets are met and done so to a very good standard. I would recommend Jay to any organisation looking for an individual that will strive to meet your requirements and deliver them competently and without any concerns. Jay is great to work with and maintains a calm approach to often difficult situations.

Jay was one of the Cleanevent venue managers when I completed my internship at the 2012 Olympics. He was a very approachable superior and would always do his best to help you out when in need. He handled the big responsability of supervising waste management at Greenwich Park very well. I would not hesitate to work with Jay again.

Jay Adderley was the Venue Cleaning Manager at Greenwich Park during the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, being part of the Cleanevent London 2012 contract. Greenwich Park was a challenging venue and hosting nearly 400,000 spectators during the 2 weeks of competition, add to that the Cross Country which saw almost 60,000 spectators enter the venue in one day. The responsibility of cleaning this large venue ( 94 ha ) fell to Jay and his team to manage. Long hours of work with specialized equipment was needed to make sure the World Heritage Site of Greenwich Park looked immaculate everyday. The images that were broadcast to the world were testimonial to Jay's management and hard work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jay for other positions within the cleaning industry and I would like to wish him well for the future. Jeremy D. Edwards
