-Budgeted and planned the finances for the school year to ensure that events and respective departments receive the proper funding for their activities.-Recorded the sales and expenses for the club to record profits of at least 10% for each event. -Communicated with events directors to price merchandise to provide a minimum amount for sales necessary for profitability.-Tracked the sales of 6 events taking transactions for each event and recording it to a master spreadsheet to keep organization and transparency.-Organized club purchases into a master excel spreadsheet to organize amounts owing to club executives for their purchases, this allowed timely reimbursements within 2 days of budget release from the students union.-Collaborated with multiple clubs to communicate cost allocations and work within budget for each club, this resulted in all clubs staying within their own budget.
