  - Responsible for billing sheets & invoices (Technical & Financial).- Timely submission of invoices to clients to ensure timely cash collection & follow upconsistently with the clients for all invoice approvals until approved for payment.- Responsible for Variance Analysis (Monthly/ Sumi annually/ Annually)- Responsible to coordinate with finance & operation department.- Review contracts and documentation and, if required, coordinate with Finance team to assessthe legal implication to the contracts committed to by the company that requires the attention of the management.

  For six months, I worked closely with the Leadership Team in the execution of the Transformation Project of the company. My role includes aligning the various departments (Core & Support) to the key objectives of the Transformation Journey and reports to the top management.I am driving key Change Management projects i.e., ‘HR Strategy & Culture’, ‘Work place improvements & Client focused growth and diversification, with the support top management & consultant companies. Also, handling invoices (Technical & Financial). As part of operations, I been at the site for better understanding of the operation.
