Responsibilities: • Here we are allocating to maintain the Overhead Cranes semi-automatic, pendant controlled, and wirelessly controlled in different lifting capacities 1 Ton to 16 Tons of different bands Bonfanti, Morris, and Nitchi. • Our team is responsible to prevent all the cranes from breakdown, for that we perform Preventive maintenances such as Annual, Quarter, monthly inspection checklist, and daily walk-around inspection. • We follow the crane's maintenance manuals that design by OEM for the maintenance and checklist purpose. • We follow and implement all the safety precautions using certified PPE’s and also follow pre-maintenance activities such as Work permit, Toolbox Talk, Job Hazard Analysis, Area barricading and Etc. • As a team lead, I am responsible to execute all the maintenance activities in a safe and professional manner. I support the technical team in all technical issues Mechanical, Electrical and Automation & control by following the equipment manuals. • Prepare and maintain all the reports and documents of maintenance activities and report to client representatives and also conduct meeting with clients for reports representation and planning for the maintenance activities and their expected hurdles.
