During the time we worked together, in the Customer Experience project at Truvo – Páginas Amarelas, Javier demonstrated outstanding project management skills. He wasn`t initially familiarized with the business processes that were implemented, but that wasn´t an obstacle as Javier was fast in the assessment of the problem and in the creation of alternative solutions, in order to improve the efficiency of the Customer Service Department, and achieve a higher lever of customer satisfaction.
