      I was tasked with airport construction, airport master planning, acquiring new business, schools and municipal construction projects. I was involved with the preparation of presentations and then running successful wins. As part of the airport construction work, I was Program Director managing all aspects of the delivery of the project. As part of the master plan wins I was lead planner, with over 25 years as a licensed Architect, coordinating with all consultants, mass transit coordinator incorporating local mass transit to airports, airport real estate development planner, city, county, community liaison and headed local and area market research.Currently I was asked to assist in taking over the position of Controls / Contracts Manager for Sacramento's billion dollar terminal work. The task handed to me was to bring the related project requirements up to speed. My task was to coordinate with all team members the contract requirements, coordinate the project controls elements with the team, formulate pay application reviews, formulate quarterly cost-of-work reports, formulate project substantial completions, formulate reconciliations of all program work, and formulate an accounting process that would be utilized to manage all expenditures of the projects.
